space heat provided by PSE electricity
or water heat provided by PSE electricity
Additional rebate qualifications:
- Qualifying equipment must be installed by a PSE Trade Ally, Brooks’ Comfort Zone, who is registered with Peak Energy Rewards.
- Equipment must be installed at a service address in Bainbridge Island in compliance with federal, state and local code requirements.
- Peak Energy Rewards rebates cannot be combined with rebates from other PSE programs.
- Unless otherwise noted, customers are limited to one rebate per service address per category (space heat, water heat, weatherization, windows and thermostats).

Puget Sound Energy is offering higher Heat Pump (and Heat Pump Water Heater) incentives for customers that live in manufactured homes. See table below for details.

Manufactured home and Mobile Homes: factory built dwelling that includes: (a) plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems, normally contained within the belly of the structure and within a rodent barrier; (b) is built on a permanent chassis; (c) can be transported in one or more sections; (d) may, or may not be permanently affixed to a concrete foundation.
